Employee Central Migration and Integration with SAP On Premise
Having more of a focus on Employee Central, it was important that Hrizons teamed up with the right partner to handle the integration between Employee Central and their SAP ERP HCM system.
When TE decided to implement Employee Central they planned to handle the integration internally using Comentec for a few integrations. Once we understood the vision and timeline and demonstrated our expertise TE engaged us for the complete scope.
Going live within a challenging timeline for all 65+ countries and 100.000+ employees was a major part of the business case. The goal was to deliver EC to the whole company fast without impacting the existing SuccessFactors Talent Suite and interfaces. This required a high quality migration and replication.
Comentec managed the Infoporter Configuration and execution while TE focused on the requirements and user acceptance testing. Using the Business Integration Monitor we reduced the complete end to end test duration with 40% while exceeding the quality targets for each test.
This allowed a successful Go Live on time and on budget resulting in the fastest Employee Central migration to date.
