Connect and Design
Through Connect and Design, we connect ourselves to your organization to understand your unique needs and characteristics. We take into account:
- People (abilities, skills and experience)
- Tools (existing technology infrastructure)
- Processes (key differentiator)
Based on this understanding of your organization together with your needs, we come up with a design to most effectively address the existing needs. We don’t come in and ask you to forget everything you have done before and start over. We start from your current situation and map out a plan to progress towards the desired benefits.
Build and Deploy
We build and deploy integration solutions using our methodology that maps agile and lean implementation concepts into the traditional ASAP phases. Examples of such elements are the product backlog, a baseline build and iterative sprints. In addition to the incremental nature of the approach, it requires close collaboration between the IT organization and the business users. All of this is done is a very structured manner, dictated by the Scrum framework.
